Pol-Tex a division of Poly-America, L.P., a leading manufacturer of plastic products, is seeking a Lube Tech/Maintenance Helper at its Mont Belvieu, Texas location. A successful candidate must be able to adjust to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Assist with observing mechanical devices in operation and listening to their sounds to locate causes of trouble. Assisting maintenance technicians in performing repair, maintenance and troubleshooting tasks. Perform activities such as cleaning, lubricating, or performing routine maintenance on equipment and machinery. 

• The ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge of and the ability to use basic hand tools
• Must be able to work rotating night shifts
• Must be able to adjust to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Additional duties as become necessary and/or are assigned by management.
• 1-3 years of Industrial Maintenance experience preferred
